The Stick Book is a method book for the Stick written by Greg Howard. The book provides instruction and exercises ranging from how to hold and play the instument to advanced playing techniques. The book uses standard music notation with some useful additions to instruct the student which string at which fret should be played with which finger. A notation primer written by Steve Adelson is included at the end of the book.
